Hello,

My name is Timothy Cayson,  I am a NASM Certified Trainer. I am also IFA Certified and have led group fitness, weight training and functional training sessions. I believe that sound nutritional guidance is crucial to healthy lifestyle changes and integrate that in my personal training sessions.  One size does not fit all, that's why having individual instruction is vital to success. 

I tailor a routine that best fits YOU.  My greatest satisfaction comes from watching my clients improve their quality of life that is the sure result of a consistent, reasonable plan to a strong, fit body and more relaxed mind.  My clients cover every end of the spectrum from fitness neophytes to seasoned athletes, and my message is the same with to all. 

I encourage them to see each day as a gift and to keep moving forward and do their best! It is my belief that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to with the right plan.  Hey,  it's all about the journey right?
